#India – 4 month old Baby Swastik with a hole in Heart needs Rs 52,000for surgery #mustshare

Baby Swastik is struggling for his life at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi; He has a
hole in his heart at such a small age. Please spend some time to go through
the attachment and the entire mail to have a fair understanding about the
case and the situation of the patient.

Children Care Trust is taking initiative to save the life of this poor
child, as we have taken this step we encourage/request you to come forward
with us to help this innocent child financially. Your generous contribution
can make this child live.

Ø Baby Swastik was shown in (All India Institute of Medical
Sciences) on 15/05/2013 when he was 4 month old. His father’s name is Sonu.
He is a resident of Ganaur District Sonipat (Haryana).

Ø  He is suffering from heart disease (a hole in the heart). His
treatment is going in for ACHD DORV PAH

Ø  Baby Swastik’s consultant doctors are Prof. S.S.Kothari and Dr.
Abhinit. They have suggested a heart surgery which is very urgent.

Ø  AIIMS has given the estimate of Rs 1, 52,000/- as a cost of surgery.

WE  HAVE RAISED RS  1 , LAKH AND ARE SHORT OF RS 52, 00o ONLY

Ø  His Registration number is CV 2013/014/0011939. UHID 20130272818 &
Department is Pediatric Cardiology

Ø  His father Sonu works in a banquet hall as a worker and earns only
Rs 150 to Rs 200/- per day.

Ø  He requires urgent surgery as his life is very critical at this
stage.
