The High Court of Jaipur on May 9 ruled in favour of the workers, refuting the sections 395 and 307.

“Because of these false cases, the workers were kept in Kishangarh Bass (Alwar) jail for 25 days in 2016,” he added.

The case was going on based on four different FIRs.

In this victory, all the organisations and labours associated with us have fully cooperated and proved the company wrong, the leader said.

He further said it is the first victory of the workers and the false allegations by the company’s managers have been dismissed.
