सबका कहना है..
मुल्क़ में सरहद जो बनवाये..बाँटे
और लड़ाये..
न उसको रहना है.
.न उसको सहना है…
कीलों का तारों का..सबका कहना है..
लहू छिड़क कर तिलक करो..
फंदे चूमों… दिल भगत करो…
जंजीरों की खनक कहे…….
जेलें तो गहना है….

As per my knowledge It is felt that :-
While applying the laws on the people’s by the authorities/Police department they are applying their deiscriminative /prejudiceary minds for their own interests.
The authorities/Police department are utilising the weapons of their powers for taking revanges on the common people’s. in most of the cases.
While applying the laws , the authorities/Police department are misinterpreting the provisions of the laws. for their own interests instead of the public interest..
There are lot of variations while applying the laws on the (1)common people’s (2) political people’s (3) wealthy people’s (4) who can bring influences of the political or any other powers. (5) who occupied key positions in the power. — ——- —
There is not equality while applying
the laws.
As such the purpose of the laws are defeated. and Instead of actin on the real culprits , the Indian’s are suffering badly.
The people’s occupied the key positions in power are not doing their duties faithfully.
